摘 要:基于悬臂梁受冲击力变形原理开发的联合收获机冲量式谷物质量流量传感器,在应用中测量精度易受到收获机基础振动的影响。对此,分析了测量中产量信号计算模型,指出悬臂梁弹性元件阻尼设计的重要性。提出了通过动力消振原理增加弹性元件阻尼的方法,进行了相应的理论分析。针对阻尼处理前后的弹性元件,开展了冲击响应实验。理论分析和实验结果都说明了该方法的有效性。An impact type of grain flux sensor, based on strain-gauged cantilever, is independent of species and moisture of the grain, moreover, it can be mounted on a combine easily. But its performance is sensitive to the base vibration produced by the tank. A model of grain flux sensor was analyzed, and the relationship between the appropriate cantilever damping and the sensor precision was introduced. The way of using the dynamic damping to eliminate the cantilever vibration was proposed and the corresponding theoretical analysis was carried out. Finally, the impulse response of cantilever under the different damping treatment was demonstrated. Both the theoretical analysis and the experimental results showed the effectiveness of this method.
