摘　　要：目前,数码纺织品喷射印花技术已少量应用于生产;而数码纺织品静电印花技术尚在研发中,并认为可较大程度地改善喷射印花技术存在的生产速率低和印花成本高的缺点。美国乔治亚技术学院依据纸张静电彩色复印原理,从事数码纺织品静电印花技术研究工作已有十多年,其关键问题为显色剂的制造。目前,美国应用热致相分离技术,已研究制造了一些静电印花所用显色剂。其中有些显色剂的印花加工性能,以及印花后织物的服用性能,都已达到要求。Based on the principles of electrostatic colorful copying for paper, the key of digital electrostatic printing for textiles is developer manufacturing. In American, thermal phase separation technique was researched to manufacture the developer used in electrostatic printing. The process ability and wear ability of some developers can meet the requirements.
