摘  要:目的研究磷酸镁骨水泥(magnesiumphosphate cement,MPC)及磷酸钙骨水泥(Calcium Phosphate Ce-ment,CPC)植入家兔体内后对其内脏的毒性反应。方法把50只家兔分成两组MPC植入组(32只),CPC植入组(18只),每只家兔在植入前抽血查肝功能丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和肾功能尿素氮(Bun)、肌酐(Cr)。把MPC和CPC分别植入家兔股骨髁部,在术后24h及1、2、4、8、12周抽血查肝、肾功能。家兔处死后取出肝脏、肾脏、心脏、脑组织等做病理检查。结果①MPC植入家兔前后相比较,其对家兔的肝、肾功能无影响;②CPC植入家兔前后相比较,其对家兔的肝、肾功能无影响;③分别对植入MPC和CPC的家兔的肝、肾功能相比较,差别无统计意义;④全部家兔肝、肾、心脏及脑组织无病理变化。结论MPC与CPC一样,对家兔内脏无毒性作用。Purpose To study the visceral toxicity of two implants,magnesium phosphate cement (MPC) and calcium phosphate cement (CPC). Methods Fifty rabbits were divided into two groups, MPC-implanted group (32 rabbits) and CPC-implanted group (18 rabbits). All rabbits were drown blood to examine the liver and renal function before cement was implanted, including alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartare aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphate(ALP), blood urea nitrogen(Bun), creatinine(Cr). MPC and CPC were implanted in the rabbit femoral condylar. Then the animal blood was gained at 24 h, 1,2,4, 8 and 12 weeks postoperatively to examine the same projects. The animals were sacrificed to investigate the tissue of the liver, kidney, heart and brain for histological analysis at one time. Results The liver and renal function, which was detected the blood of the animals comparing-groups(pre-and post-MPC implanted group, pre-and post-CPC implanted group, MPC implanted and CPC implanted group) had no significantly differential on t value (P〉0.05). The tissue was investigated by the macroscopic study and the light microscopic study. There was no significant degenerative changes of the liver, kidney, heart and brain in both experimental groups. Conclusions These findings indicate that the two implants, MPC and CPC, have equal biolo-gical safety.
