摘 要:目的从豆科植物锦鸡儿Caragana sinica(Buc’hoz)Rehd的根(中药金雀根)中分离有效成分并研究其生理活性。方法用柱层析和薄层层析将有效成分从乙醇浸膏中分离,光谱分析鉴定其结构。用MTT法测定化合物Ⅰ的生理活性。结果分离得到两种有效成分,分别鉴定为kobophenol A(Ⅰ)和(-)-ampelopsin F(Ⅱ),化合物Ⅰ具有刺激成骨细胞增殖的生理活性。结论kobophenol A(Ⅰ)和(-)-ampelopsin F(Ⅱ)是金雀根中的两种有效成分,前者具有刺激成骨细胞增殖的活性。Purpose To isolate effective compositions from the roots of Caragana sinica. Methods The effective compositions were isolated from EtOH extract by means of column chromatography and TLC. Their structures and stereochemistry were elucidated based on spectral analysis. The pharmacological activities were determined by means of MTT assay. Results Two oligostilbenes, kobophenol A (Ⅰ) and (-)-ampelopsin F(Ⅱ), were isolated from the EtOH extract. And compound Ⅰ has the effect of stimulation of osteoblast growth. Conclusions Kobophenol A(Ⅰ) and (-)-ampelopsin F(Ⅱ) are two effective compositions of the roots of Caragana sinica, and the former one is of the physiological activities of stimulation of osteoblast growth.
