摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性小肠损伤的诊断和治疗。方法:对1996年10月￣2004年10月的外伤性小肠损伤36例进行了回顾性分析。结果:本组36例患者通过手术治疗均治愈,术后并发切口感染3例,肠间脓肿1例,均经非手术治疗痊愈出院。结论:正确的早期诊断,及时手术治疗,选择好的手术方式和术后妥善的处理是提高疗效、预防并发症的关键。Objective： To study the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic small intestinal injury. Methods： Frome October 1996 to October 2004, 36 cases of tranmatic small intestinal injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All cases were cured by surgical management. Postoperative complications were inter-enteric abscess in 1 case and incisional infection 3 cases. They were cured throngh non-surgical therapy. Conclusion：Correct early diagnosis.operative therapy in time, suitable surgical manner and proper management after the operation are the key for improving the therapeutic effect and preventing complications.
