摘 要:分析了油液经齿轮油泵传输过程中气泡-液体两相流的形成和特性,指出油液裂解的因素,如齿轮啮合对润滑油膜的破坏、气泡-液体相变的能量转换、气泡溃灭的微射流能量及其电化学反应等。以绝缘油裂解的特征气体为例,对气泡-液体两相油流的裂解程度进行了定量分析。根据理论分析的结果,提出了改进齿轮油泵传输结构方案,从而有效降低了气泡-液体两相流在齿轮泵传输过程中的裂解程度。Formation and character of bubble-liquid two-phase flow in oil conveyed by gear pump was analyzed. Follows factors of oil cleavage were figured out, such as lubrication break of gear be in mesh, energy radiation in bubble-liquid phase conversion, micro-flow energy of bubble crash and electrochemistry reaction. Taking characteristic gas of insulation oil cleavage for example, the extent of bubble-liquid two-phase oil flow cleavage was quantitatively analyzed. According to the theoretic results, the structure of gear oil pump was improved, which reduces cleavage of bubble-liquid two-phase oil flow effectively.
