摘　　要：针对苯酐泵国产用波纹管机械密封使用时常见的故障进行了失效分析,并对波纹管组件的材质、结构、制造工艺以及端面比压设计等方面提出了改进方法,使国产机械密封的使用寿命大大延长。The failures occurred in the bellow mechanical seal of phthalic anhydride pump during operation were analyzed. Some points of nationalized modification on material selection, structure and manufacture of bellows and design of the face pressure were proposed, which prolong the working life of the mechanical seal.
