摘  要:目的:探讨将MRI应用于兔动脉粥样硬化斑块的检测并对其成分进行定性分析的可行性。方法:应用高胆固醇饮食建立兔动脉粥样硬化模型。采用T1WI、T2WI、PDWI、TOF序列分别对实验动物进行扫描,同时对实验动物进行B超检查。结果:成功建立兔动脉粥样硬化模型;MR图像T1WI、T2WI、PDWI表现为兔动脉管壁增厚,斑块呈等信号、高信号或低信号,与病理切片检测结果符合率较高;MR成功检测斑块并分析其成分;与超声比较,MR具有较高的准确性。结论:MR可以检测兔动脉粥样硬化模型的斑块并进行定性分析。Objective:To study the feasihility of using MRI in detection and qualitative analysis of atherosclerotic plaque in rabbits. Methods: The atherosclerotic model was established in rabbits with high cholesterol diet. The experimental animals received T1 WI, T2WI, PDWI and TOF sequences scanning and B ultrasound examination. Results: The atherosclerotic model was successfully established in rabbits. T1 WI. T2 WI and PDWI sequences scanning showed thickening of aortal wall and the plaque showed equal, high or low signal intensities, which was in good accordance with the pathological examination results. The atherosclerotic plaques were successfully detected and analyzed by MR and MR had higher accuracy than ultrasound examination. Conclusion: MR can be used for detection of atherosclerotic plaque and for qualitative analysis of the plaque.
