复合材料在混合驱动连杆机构中应用的研究

摘  要:在混合驱动连杆机构中,构件的质心大都作变速运动,产生的动载荷难以完全平衡和消除,不但辅助电机所需的驱动功率偏大,对辅助运动电机的控制不利,而且也影响系统的动态性能。本文分别进行了碳素钢、尼龙、酚醛层压材料等不同材料构件机构的动力学计算,分析对应辅助驱动功率的大小;并通过在混合驱动连杆系统实验台上进行对比实验,分析它们对系统动态输出性能的影响程度。Dynamic load made by variable velocity for center of mass of the components of hybrid drive linkage mechanism are balanced and avoided difficultly. Thus, power requirements of servo motor on the high side makes the controlling of system more difficult, and dynamic performance of the system is reduced. In this paper, dynamic calculations for hybrid drive linkage mechanism with the components of three kinds of materials were made respectively, and the comparative tests were performed for them on the device of hybrid drive linkage mechanism. The materials examined were carbon constructional quality steel, nylon plastics and phenolic cotton cloth laminated. Finally, the effect of them on power and output performance of system was discussed.
