折流旋转床吹脱含氨废水实验研究

摘　　要：应用折流式旋转床吹脱高浓度含氨废水,研究了在不同的工艺条件下,各工艺参数, 如气液比、旋转填料床转速、温度等对含氨废水氨去除率的影响。研究表明:折流旋转填料床具有压降小、高传质性能,用于处理含氨废水能有效地提高氨去除率;在温度为23℃、pH为11左右, 液体流量为60L/h、气体流量为160m3/h、转鼓转速为800 r/min的条件下,用旋转填料床处理含氨5 000mg/L废水的单程吹脱率可达82%;单元传质高度为36 mm。Baffleplate revolving bed was used to purge and remove of high ammonia contained effluent, and effect of removal ratio under different process condition and different process parameters, such as gas liquid ratio, speed of rotation of revolving packed bed, temperature, was analyzed. The result showed that, baffleplate revolving packed bed has theadvantage of lower pressure drop, high mass transferring quality, and can be used to increase the removal ratio of ammonia contained effluent; and under the temperature of 23℃, pH value of 11, liquid flow rate of 60L/h, gas flow rate of 160m^3/h, revolving speed of 800r/min, the removal ratio from single pass to treat 5000mg/L ammonia contained effluent can reach 82% by using such packed bed; the unit mass transferring height was 3.6cm.
