石杉碱甲缓释片含量和均匀度的HPLC测定

摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定石杉碱甲缓释片的含量和均匀度。采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(60∶40∶0.02,冰乙酸调至pH6.0),检测波长307nm。平均回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.3%。含量均匀度符合中国药典规定。A HPLC method for determination of content and uniformity of huperzine A sustained-release tablets was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-triethylamine （60：40：0.02, adjusted pH to 6.0 by glacial acetic acid）, and the detection wavelength was 307nm. The average recovery was 98.0% with RSD of 1.3%. The content uniformity of huperzine A was conformable to the requirements of ChP.
