摘　　要：通过传统安全管理模式在冶金企业实施中的缺陷,指出在冶金行业引入现代安全管理模式的必要性。详细解释了现代安全管理的理念及有关概念,系统阐述了现代安全管理模式的建模原则,介绍了模式的基本内容及各部分在冶金行业现代安全管理中的作用。同时解析了传统安全管理与现代安全管理模式在冶金行业实施过程中的不同之处。This text, through the defect in metallurgical enterprises implement of traditional safe management mode, point out that the necessity of introducing the modem safe management mode in the metallurgical trade. It explained the idea and relevant concepts of the modem safety management in detail, and it explained the modeling principle of the modem safe management mode systmatically, introduced the basic content of the mode and every part of role in metallurgical trade modem safety management.Meanwhile, this text analyzed difference between the traditional safety management and the modem safe management mode in the course of implementing in the metallurgical trade.
