摘 要:针对旋流燃烧器燃烧低挥发分煤时存在的问题,提出了一种既能起到良好稳燃作用又能降低NOx排放的新型旋流燃烧器——花瓣燃烧器。该燃烧器充分考虑了煤粉气流与高温烟气的迅速强烈混合问题,能在其背流面形成径向和轴向多种回流区,增大进入回流区的煤粉量,有利于低挥发分煤(贫煤和无烟煤)和低负荷运行时煤粉的着火与稳燃,并降低NOx的排放。介绍花瓣燃烧器工作原理,分析其流场特性,论述其优越性。经在某电厂燃用贫煤的210MW机组锅炉中应用,取得了稳燃不结渣的效果。In view of problems resulted from the combustion of low volatile coal, petal-type burner, a new swirl burner with well flame stability and low NOx emission, was introduced in this paper. The petal-type burner's design promotes the mixing of primary air-pulverized coal flow and the reeireulation flue gas, forming many stable reeireulation zones behind the flame stabilizer, such as radial and axial reeireulation zones.This kind of flow pattern is profitable for part of pulverized coal being moved into reeireulation zone and for the reliable ignition and burnout of low volatile pulverized coal, for turndown capabilities and lower NOx emission. The application experience of this burner in 210 MW boiler shows the performance of stable and unsintered combustion.
