摘　　要：清道夫受体A是一种细胞表面的糖蛋白,主要分布在巨噬细胞上,具有广泛的配体识别谱,最初是作为脂蛋白受体被发现的,可以内吞修饰的脂蛋白,促进动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。近年研究发现,清道夫受体A还在介导巨噬细胞对内毒素清除及凋亡细胞的识别、细胞黏附以宿主防御等起重要作用。与对清道夫受体A的分子结构,表达调空和生物学功能等做一综述。Scavenger receptor class A （SR-A） is a kind of glycoprotein in membrane and mostly distributes in macrophage ,which can bind a diverse array of ligands. SR-A is found to be as a receptor of lipoprotein at first,which can internalize modified lipoprotein and induces atherosclerotic plaques formation. Recent observation have suggested that SR-A aslo involve in endotoxin eliminating, host denfence, cell ad- hension and apoptosis. In this review ,we summarize the SR-A molecule structure,expression adjusting and biology functiom .
