摘  要:由惰性纤维材料、无机盐、聚合物等研制出了FDJ系列复合堵漏剂,分别适用于不同漏速下的堵漏。携带液为加重的粘土浆。本文介绍FDJ系列堵漏剂的室内研制、现场施工工艺、在川东、川西南11口井堵漏作业中应用简况及两口井应用的详细情况。FDJ堵漏剂适应面广、见效快、成功率高、配制方便、施工安全,在漏层不清、漏失段长情况下使用可获得良好封堵效果。A series of compounded circulation loss(CL) control materials is prepared from inert plant and nylon fibers as forced plug, inorganic salts as plug reinforcer, and a polymer as plugging improver. Three grades of CL materials (FDJ-1. -2, and -3) are developed for controlling circulation losses at low (<10 m^3/hr), medium(10-30 m^3/hr) and high (30-50 m^3/hr) rates. respectively. These CL materials together with weighted clay base drilling fluids of different density are carried into the thief zones in concentrations 5-8 w/v%. The uses of these CL materials in 11 wells in Sichuan Gas Fields are described with illustration of two cases in detail.
