摘 要:针对华北油田钻井过程中钻具腐蚀严重的状况,研制出DPI-03型(原型号为DFI-03)钻井液缓蚀剂并对其缓蚀效果和与钻井液的配伍性进行了评价。在CO_2气压力为1MPa时,该剂100℃时的缓蚀率达90%,120℃时的缓蚀率在80%以上。该剂对钻井液的性能无不良影响。DPI-03, being a mixture of an imidazoline derivative synthesized from an oil and a polyamine. an organic quaternary ammonium compound, an organic surfur compound, and an oxygen scavenger, is manufactured commercially at present. It was named DFI-03 previously. DPI-03 in concentrations 500-1000 ppm reduces the corrosion rate of steel No 45 in low-solid polymer drilling fluids under CO_2 pressure of 1. 0 MPa by>90% at 100℃ and by >80% at 120℃. DPI-03 in concentrations up to 2000-2500 ppm has no negative effects on the properties of the drilling fluids, before and after rolling at 120℃ over 8 hrs. In this paper the severe problems of drill pipe failure caused by corrosion Huabei and other Oil Fields are discussed.
