摘  要:考察了不同条件(包括碱类型、浓度、温度和压力)下.碱-高岭土体系中硅铝垢的生成。碱类型不同,生成的垢物不同。在Na_4SiO_4-高岭土体系中生成高硅垢,在NaOH-高岭土体系中则生成低硅垢。碱浓度、温度和压力的升高促进垢的生成。Na_2CO_3作为一种碱剂,强度较弱,与高岭土的成垢倾向较小。The precipitation of alumosilicates(Al-Si) from aqueous alkali solutions on kaolinite (K) in reaction of K with different alkalis is investigated by X-ray diffraction to help in selecting alkali(s) for chemical flooding solutions. It is shown that at 80℃ a Al-Si precipitate of high ratio Si/Al ~Z, HS1, is formed with 5% Na_4SiO_4 in 120 hrs;Al-Si precipitates of low ratios Si/Al~1 or less- with 5% NaOH in 20 hrs and more; no precipitate- with 5% Na_2CO_3 in 360 hrs. Increasing alkali concentrations (in range 1, 5, 10%), temperatures (in range 40, 60, 80℃) and pressure of reaction (in range 0, or normel pressure, 5, 10 MPa) leads to enhancements in precipitation.The tendency of Na_2CO_3-K system to precipitate Al-Si is weak. All the Al-Si species are chemically identified.
