摘 要:研究了轻烃裂解的芳烃油余油生产大豆抽提溶剂油(60~90℃馏分)的可能性。发现轻烃裂解的芳烃抽余油虽同属芳烃抽余油,但与铂重整抽余油及油田轻烃相比,其性质相差甚大。由它们生产的大豆抽提溶剂油的主要成分是正戊烷与异戊烷,而以前者为原料生产的同一馏分,其主要成分是正己烷与环已烷。因此,由裂解芳烃抽余油显然可以得到60~90℃馏分.但因组成不同。不能作为大豆抽提溶剂油,其宏观表现为该馏分的密度大于国家规定的质量标准。The possibility is studied for producing bean extractive solvent oil boiling range of 60~90℃with the aromatic raffinate of splitting light-end products.Although the light splitting raffinate oil belongs to aromatic raffinate oil,there still exists the substantial difference when it is compared with the platinum raffinate and the oilfield light-ends.The substantial compositions from raffinate and light-ends for producing bean extractive solvent oil are n-pentante and iso-pentane,and the primary compositions of the extractive solvent oil from splitting aromatic raffinate oil are n-hexane cyclo-hexane and other six carbon alkanes.Thereby,although corresponding distillate oil can be obtained as bean extractive solvent oil from splitting aromatic raffinate oil,and the primary property of the solvent oil can satisfy the nation al quality criterion,it can t be used to produce bean extractive solvent oil because of their composition difference.
