摘 要:采用微乳液聚合方法,以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂(KPS),制备丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)、苯乙烯(St)三元共聚物纳米粒子.讨论乳化剂用量及复合乳化剂配比,KPS的用量及反应温度等因素的影响.乳液透射电镜、乳液性能测试结果表明:共聚物的粒径多在10~89 nm之间;增加乳化剂用量,共聚物的粒径减小;提高St/BA中St的用量,共聚物的粒径增大,乳液成膜性不好;提高反应温度有利于反应进行,但温度太高有凝聚物出现.因此,St/BA为5/5~4/6,SDS/OP-10为1/1~3/2,反应温度65~80 ℃,引发剂用量0.4 %(占单体总量),丙烯酸用量3 %(占单体总量),所得共聚物的粒径在纳米范围内,乳液性能优良.A series of copoiymer emulsions of styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA), acrylic aid (AA) were obtained by means of microemulsion polymerization and with potassium persulfate (KPS) as an initiator, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)/polyethylene glycol phenyl ether (OP-10) as the complex emulsifier. The effects of various amount of monomer, emulsifier, acrylic acid, initiator, and polymerization temperature etc on property of the emulsions and particle size were investigated. The copolymer were characterized by TEM and the emulsion property test. The result showed: the polymer particle is a relatively uniform diameter about 10-89 nm and morphology is more regular sphere; the particle size decrease with increasing emulsifier content; when BA content in the St/BA comonomers feeding is improved, the coating property is soft and good. Thus when m(St)/m(BA) = 5/5--4/6, m (SDS)/m (OP-10) = 1/1-3/2, acrylic acid is 3 % of the total comonomers, initiator is 0.4 % of the total comonomers, polymerization temperature is 65-80℃, the emulsion property is well and particle size is nanoscale.
