摘  要:为了解不同品质类型小麦的叶绿素荧光特性,在大田条件下,测定了豫麦50(弱筋小麦)、温麦4号(中筋小麦)和郑麦9023(强筋小麦)的叶面积动态和开花后旗叶叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光动力学参数,并分析了叶绿素荧光参数与籽粒产量、淀粉含量和淀粉产量的关系。结果表明,不同品质类型小麦灌浆期光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)潜在活性(F v/F o)、原初光化学效率(F v/Fm)、实际光化学量子产量(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)均随生育进程而降低,非光化学猝灭系数(qN)则升高。不同品质类型小麦品种间相比较,开花后同一生育时期叶面积系数、叶绿素含量、F v/F o、F v/Fm、ΦPSⅡ和qN则表现为豫麦50高于温麦4号和郑麦9023。三种品质类型小麦受强光抑制的程度则表现为豫麦50高于温麦4号和郑麦9023。豫麦50的籽粒产量、淀粉含量和淀粉产量最高,温麦4号次之,郑麦9023最低。小麦籽粒产量、籽粒淀粉含量和淀粉产量与开花期、灌浆前期和灌浆后期的F v/F o、F v/Fm、ΦPSⅡ和qP及灌浆中期的qN呈显著或极显著正相关。In order to understand the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of wheat cultivars with different quality at grain filling stage , Yumai 50, Zhengmai 9023 and Wenmai 4 were adopted in this experiment. In the field condition, the changes of LAI, chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters in flag leaf were investigated after anthesis. The potential photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ (Fv/Fo), maximal photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ in the darkness (Fv/Fm), actual photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ in the light (ΦPSⅡ) and chemical quenching coefficient (qP)declined during the grain filling stage, but the non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) increased. At the same stage after anthesis Yumai 50 had the highest LAI, chlorophyll content, Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm, ΦPSⅡ and qP. The highest qN indicated that the photoinhibition degree was highest in Yumai 50 among these three wheat cultivars. The yield, starch content and starch yield in Yumai 50 were highest, and were lowest in Zhengmai 9023. The yield, starch content and starch yield were significantly correlated to Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm, ΦPSⅡ and qP at flowering stage, early grain filling stage and later grain filling stage and qN in intermediate grain filling stage.
