摘　　要：针织物一次准确化染色工艺设计和技术管理是一项多因素的系统工程.从染整加工定单的审查、总工艺设计、企业内控标准的制定、前处理染色工艺设计、染机的选用、染化料的筛选、预加盐碱染色工艺的应用等方面进行了系统分析,为实现一次准确化染色提出了工艺设计和技术管理的要求.The design of instantly correct procedure for knitwear dyeing and the tech. management were a multifactor systematical engineering. A systematical analysis was carried out for the stages of the exam of the dyeing/finishing order forms, the general process design, the establishment of enterprise＇s inner standards, the pretreatment dyeing process design, the dyeing machine selection, the selection of dyes and chems., application of the dyeing process with pre-added salts and bases, etc. The requirements for realizing the procedure design and the tech. management were proposed.
