多效唑对巨桉种子园母树开花结实的影响

摘　　要：在巨桉嫁接种子园中应用多效唑试验表明:多效唑对巨桉嫁接植株的提早开花无显著影响,但对单株开花量有显著促进作用。在处理的3种浓度中,开花量随着多效唑用量增加而增加,以最大用量(0·2g/cm根颈周长)的效果最好,处理区中开花植株开花量最大,坐果数最多。The impact of paclobutrazol application to Eucalyptus grand＆ grafted seed orchard was studied. The results were as follows. Paclobutrazol application could help to increase the number of flowers while might be little effect on flowering earlier. A trend was explored that the number of flowers and capsules increased with the increment of paclobutrazol dosage, and the most effective paclobutrazol dosage within 3 tested levels seems to be 0.2g/cm stem circumference at ground level.
