摘 要:对废聚氨酯(PU)改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)的性能进行了研究,探讨了废PU、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、轻质碳酸钙(CaCO3)和羟基磷酸钙[Ca5(PO4)3OH]对PVC力学性能和耐溶剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,废PU使软质PVC的强度下降,伸长率提高,TPU可以提高软质PVC的强度和伸长率;废PU在PVC中起到大分子增塑剂的作用,用废PU取代增塑剂DOP不但可以大幅度提高PVC的强度,同时还提高了冲击强度和断裂伸长率;轻质CaCO3使废PU/PVC复合材料的撕裂强度下降,Ca5(PO4)3OH却可以使材料的撕裂强度提高。The properties of PVC modified by PU mechanical properties and solvent resistance of PVC Ca5(PO4)3OH were studied respectively. The result waste were reported in this paper. The influence on modified by polyurethane waste, TPU, CaCO3 and indicated that polyurethane waste decreased the strength of flexible PVC,and increased its elongation;TPU enhanced the strength and elongation of PVC. Polyurethane waste played a role as polymer plasticizer. Polyurethane waste substituting DOP not only enhanced the strength of PVC greatly,but also enhanced its impact strength and elongation. CaCO3 decreased tearing strength of PU/PVC composites. Instead Ca5 (PO4)3OH improved tearing strength of the materials.
