摘  要:用LX型二氧化氯水溶液发生器制备的二氧化氯与氯的复合消毒液,以其含4.5~5.0mg/L有效氯溶液对水中金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌与白色念珠菌作用1~2分钟,或以含90.0mg/L有效氯溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用5分钟,杀灭率均可达99.9%以上。对HBsAg,以含400.0mg/L有效氯溶液作用5分钟,可将其抗原性破坏。该消毒液不稳定,杀菌作用受有机物影响明显。The LX-type chlorine dioxide water solution generator was used to prepare the compound solution of chlorine dioxide and chlorine (abbreviated to compound chlorine dioxide disinfectant below) containing available chlorine 3 246 mg/L. The compound solution was used to observe experimentally its efficacy in killing the microorganisms in water and to examine the stability of its available chlorine and its acute toxicity in mice. The results indicated that a killing rate of over 99.9% was achieved when Staphylococcus aureus or Escherichia coli was exposed to a solution containing available chlorine 4.5 mg/L for 2 min, Candida albicans was exposed to a solution containing available chlorine 5.0 mg/L for 1 min, or spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger was exposed to a solution containing available chlorine 90.0 mg/L for 5 min. A solution containing available chlorine 200.0 mg/L with a 60-minute contact time or a solution containing available chlorine 400.0 mg/L with a 5-minute contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg. For killing the spores of B. subtilis var. niger in suspension containing 10% calf serum, a solution containing available chlorine 180.0 mg/L with a 20-minute contact time was required to obtain a killing rate of over 99.9%. When the compound chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution held in a white plastic vessel or in a glass bottle was stored at room temperature in a place shielded from the light for 1 week, its available chlorine content decreased by 23 81% and 7.19% respectively, while the rate of decrease in available chlorine was as high as 73 99% if the solution was stored in a glass bottle at a place not shielded from light. The compound chlorine dioxide disinfectant had an oral LD 50 of higher than 10 000 mg/kg in mice and, therefore, belongs to actually nontoxic group.
