戊二醛复方消毒剂消毒效果的试验观察

摘　　要：对含有２％戊二醛与表面活性剂的复方消毒剂进行了杀菌效果检测。按８ｍｌ／ｍ３用量喷雾其１∶１０稀释液，作用３０分钟，可使空气中金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌等试验菌繁殖体全部消亡；浸泡物品５与１０分钟。The germicidal efficacy of the compound disinfectant containing 2% glutaraldehyde and surfactant was examined. Spraying its 1∶10 diluted solution at a dose of 8 ml/m 3 could cause complete disappearance of the vegetative forms of test bacteria such as Staphyloccocus aureus and Streptoccocus pneumoniae in air after contact for 30 minutes. Immersion of articles in its solution for 5～10 minutes could destroy HBsAg and kill the vegetative form of bacteria on the surface of the article.
