摘　　要：本文认为,准确把握国民经济快速协调发展规律的内在要求,就是要理顺各产业各行业、企业与消费者之间生产和需求的关系,使国民经济在新的发展阶段快速协调发展。国民经济的协调发展,是实现我国国民经济各产业、各行业在更高阶段上持续发展的重要保证,也是加快实现全面建设小康社会和逐步实现我国国民经济现代化的重要条件。Grasping the internal requirements for rapid and harmonious development of national economy means appropriately handling the production-consumption relation of various industries, trades and enterprises with the consumers, so as to achieve rapid and harmonious development of national economy at a new developmental stage. The author emphasizes that harmonious development of national economy may guarantee sustainable development of national economy at a higher stage for all industries and various trades. It is also a prerequisite for quickening the steps of achieving a well-off society and gradually reaching the goal of modernizing our national economy.
