碘酊棉签连续消毒瓶塞效果的试验观察

摘　　要：检测表明，用一根棉签蘸２．５％碘酊连续消毒２０只针剂瓶塞。In order to know whether it is appropriate to use a swab soaked with iodine tincture for continuous disinfection of the bottle stoppers of antibiotics, experiment was carried out in laboratory. In the experiment, a cotton swab soaked with 2.5% iodine tincture was used to disinfect continuously by swabing 20 stoppers artificially contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus (ethanol was used after disinfection for deiodination ). The result was that all stoppers showed bacterial growth before disinfection and Staphylococcus aureus could still be identified from the cultures of 6th and 10th stoppers.
