宁肠汤对肠易激综合征大鼠免疫功能的调节作用

摘　　要：目的探讨应激法诱导的IBS大鼠免疫功能的变化及宁肠汤的调节作用。方法以夹尾、慢性束缚应激作为复合应激原复制IBS大鼠模型,采用放免法检测模型大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-2含量,观察宁肠汤对肠运动功能和免疫功能的调节作用。结果IBS大鼠免疫功能抑制,血清IL-1β含量升高,IL-2含量降低(P<0.01)。而宁肠汤能降低血清IL-1β含量,升高IL-2含量,有效提高其免疫功能,调节肠运动功能。结论宁肠汤对应激引起的免疫功能紊乱有一定的调节作用。Objective：To investigate the regulation of Ning Chang Decoction on immunological function of stressed IBS rats. Methods .The stressed IBS rat model was made by chronic bandaged - stress and inserting the end. RIA was adopted to measure the level of IL - 1β, IL - 2 in serum of stressed IBS rats. The regulation of Ning Chang Decoction was observed. Results ：Stress increased the level of serum IL- 1β and decreased the level of serum IL- 2 （P 〈 0.01 ）, which suggested that the immumological function of stressed IBS rats was inhibited. While Ning Chang Decoction could decrease IL - 1β and increase IL- 2 in serum of stressed IBS rats. Conclusion ： Ning Chang Decoction could improve the immuological function of stressed IBS rats.
