中西医结合治疗药物流产后蜕膜残留18例分析

摘　　要：目的通过临床观察,研究药物流产后蜕膜残留的有效治疗方法。方法对18例药流后蜕膜残留的患者,西医采用人工周期的方法,即口服倍美力和安宫黄体酮片,再配以中药活血化瘀汤治疗,观察治疗前后患者症状、体征及B超检查情况。结果18例患者有17例治愈,1例无效,治愈率为94.4%。结论西药倍美力和安宫黄体酮配合中药活血化瘀汤对药流后蜕膜残留的治疗有很好的效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： Through our clinical observation, we want to find out a good effective method on deciduas residual of medical abortion. Methods ： 18 patients were all required to take premarin and medroxyprogesterone for ten days; and subsequently, all patients took traditional medicine huoxuehuayutang for 5 days again. Then, we compare all the patients＇ symptom, physical sign and BUS examination to those of before treatment. Results ：After therapy, all the patients were cured, except one. The cured rate was 94.4 %. Conclusions ： Taking premarin and medroxyprogesterone, compounding traditional medicine huoxuehuayutang have a good effect on deciduas residual of medical abortion, they are worth widely using in clinic.
