摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪注射液对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将84例NYHA心功能分级Ⅱ-Ⅳ级的CHF患者随机分为黄芪治疗组(治疗组,42例)和常规治疗组(对照组,42例),两组于治疗前后分别测定血浆TNF-α、IL-6水平,同时评估NYHA心功能分级,测定左室功能指标。结果治疗后两组NYHA心功能分级均较治疗前改善(P<0.05～0.01),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组左室收缩末容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)减小,左室射血分数(LVEF)提高,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05);同时,治疗组血浆TNF-α、IL-6水平明显下降,与对照组及治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05～0.01)。结论黄芪注射液能够降低CHF患者血浆TNF-α、IL-6水平,可作为治疗CHF有效药物之一。Objective ：To investigate the effect of Astragalus injection （AI） on plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α） ,interleukin-6 （IL-6） in patients with Congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods：CHF patients were randomly divided into the AI group （42 cases） treated with AI and the control group （42 cases） treated with conventional treatment. Plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays （ELISA） using monoclonal antihuman antibodies. Besides, NYHA class was evaluated accoding to improved symptoms and left ventricular end-diastolic volume （LVEDV）, left ventricular end-systolic volume （LVESV） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） were assessed by echocardiogram at the 4th week of treatment. Results ：At the 4th week, NYHA class was markedly improved in two groups, it was significantly better in AI group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Moreover, in AI group, LVESV and LVEDV decreased, LVEF increased, which was significantly different than that before treatment（P 〈 0.05）respectively. As compared with the control group, in the AI group; TNF-α and IL-6 were lower, the difference between groups and between before and after treatment were significant （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion ：AI could lower plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-6, and is one of the effective drugs in improving cardiac function in patients with CHF.
