摘　　要：With the rapid developmentof urbanization, the contradiction between the urban developmentandland use are getting severe. There exists many differences between them in the aspects of theirpurposes, targets, technique standards, and being drawn up by different departments. There alsoexists many problems in them, such as land use planning of allthecities is being drawn upunder thecondition without any urban planning and it is the most important content of urban planning. How tocoordinate the relationship between land use planning and city planning is an important factor toensure the sustainable, healthy and stable development of economy for a city.
