摘 要:研究了硫铁矿、萤石作复合矿化剂在不同煅烧方法及操作条件,对水泥熟料形成和性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行了探讨.结果表明,在硫铁矿、萤石存在的条件下C3S的形成温度可降低150~200 ℃,使A矿能在较低温度(~1 150 ℃)下形成,保证A矿良性发育及提高A矿的固溶程度.严格控制高饱和比,中硅酸率,高铝氧率的配料即: KH=0.95±0.01,n=1.9±0.1,P=1.5±0.1,熟料单位热耗为4 600~4 800 kJ/kg,熟料中wCaF2=0.8%~1.2%,wSO3=0.8%~1.6%;可以烧出含铝酸盐的高阿利特水泥熟料.The effects of mixture mineralizer of pyrite and fluorite ores on the formation and performance of cement dinker under different burning methods and working conditions were studied. It's work mechemism has been discussed as well. The results show that.the formed temperature of C3S shoud be reduced by 150~200 ℃ in the exist of pyrite and fluorite ore; it is possible to form alite ore at lower temperature (~1 150 ℃),which ensures the alite ore develop well and makes it's solution in solid phase higher. These factors are important to get higher alite containing aluminate cement. They are high lime saturation factor ( KH = 0. 95± 0.01), media silica modulus ( P = 1.5 ±0.1), high aluminum modulus( n = 1.9±0.1), and energy consumption is 4 500-4 800 kJ/kg, the content of CaF and SO3 in cement clinker are 0. 8% - 1.2 % and 0. 8 % - 1.8 % respectively.
