摘　　要：从信息资源建设、网络环境下的数字图书馆的建设、图书馆的发展方向以及发展过程中存在的一些问题等方面,对新形势下的高校图书馆的发展进行了初步的探索,并提出了一些建设性意见和建议。From aspects of the construction of the information resources, the construction of the digital library under the network environment, the developing direction of the library, and the problems existing in the developing course of the digital library, etc., this paper probes into the development of the university library under the new situation, and puts forward some constructive opinions and suggestions.
