摘  要:克山病是原因未明的地方性心肌病,慢型克山病有关病毒病因的研究未见有关报道,作者用生物素标记的柯萨奇 B_3病毒的 cDNA 探针与黑龙江病区慢型克山病尸检心肌组织及非正常死亡成人心肌组织和非病区7~8个月引产胎儿心肌组织进行了原位杂交,以检测柯萨奇 B 组病毒 RNA。结果13例慢型克山病中有9例呈现阳性杂交信号,阳性率达69.2%,两对照组均为阴性。表明黑龙江慢型克山病心肌组织中有柯萨奇 B 组病毒 RNA 的存在,提示黑龙江病区慢型克山病与柯萨奇 B 组病毒的感染呈现高度相关。The Keshan disease is an endemic myocardal disease and its pathogenesis is still unknown.The re- porto about the viral cause of keshan disease were not seen.We performed hybridization in situ to exam- ine RNA of coxsackie Virus B(CVB)in paraffin-embedded myocardial specimens from 13 patients with chronic Keshan discase,10 patients with cerebral trauma or carbon monoxide poisoning and 10 foetuses from non-end emic areas using the CVB_3 cDNA probe labelled with Bio-11-dUTP by nick transla- tion.OF the 13 patients with chronic Keshan disease,9(69%)showed positive findings.It was suggested that there might be CVB RNA in myocardial tissues of chronic Keshan disease in Heilongjiang province, and the development of chronic Keshan disease in Heilongjiang may be highly related with persistent in- fection of CVB.
