摘  要:采用0.5%NaClO_4诱导实验大鼠甲状腺低功。结果表明,甲低大鼠脑组织去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5—羟色胺(5—HT)、5—羟吲哚乙酸(5—HIAA)含量及单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性明显高于对照组,且 NE、5—HT 及5—HIAA 的改变与 MAO 活性的变化呈正相关。提示:甲低状态下,大脑单胺类神经递质代谢活跃,而 MAO 活性的升高反映了 MAO 在降解单胺类递质,维持大脑功能上起重要作用。补碘实验组大鼠的各项生化指标与对照组无显著性差别,说明补碘对 NaClO_4所致大鼠甲低功有拮抗作用。The experimental hypothyroid rats were induced with 0.5% NaClO_4 in their drinking water.The results showed that concentration of NE,5—HT,5—HIAA and MAO activity of brain inereaaed signifi- cantly in hypothyroidism.Changes of NE,5—HT and 5—HIAA concentration were directly related to MAO activity.These data suggest that metabolism of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain is active. The increase of MAO activity indicates that MAO plays an important role in regulating monoamine neu- rotransmitters and maintaining brain function.The present study also confirms that KI supplement can resist hypothyroidism caused by NaClO_4.
