摘　　要：区域经济产业结构演变是经济资源不断从传统产业向新兴产业转移的过程,生物医药行业除了对区域经济具有持续拉动作用,还因为对于人类生产力的贡献与生活品质的提高,将成为本世纪的主导产业之一。区域生物医药产业规划需要基于对本地的区域环境与生物医药产业在全国乃至全球范围内的竞争力进行研究,发现竞争优势领域,结合区域的资源优势,制定本地区的医药产业政策,才能实现区域的生物医药产业可持续发展,推动区域经济的产业结构优化。The revolution of the regional economic and industrial structure is the process of transforming the traditional industry to the newly-rising industry. The biopharmaeeutical industry, which possesses the continuous pulling action for the regional economy, will become one of the leading industries in 21st century because of its contribution to human productivity and to the improvement of people＇ s living standard. The regional biopharmaeeutieal industry planning should be based on the researches on the local regional environment and the competitiveness of the biopharmaeeutieal industry in China and even in the whole world, find the fields with the competitive superiorities, and combine with the superiorities of the local resources, and work out the local biopharmaeeutieal industrial policies for the purpose of realizing the sustainable development of the regional biopharmaceutieal industry and promoting the optimization of the regional economic structure.
