摘　　要：从可持续发展的概念着手,得出土地可持续利用与土地利用总体规划的关系,进而提出土地利用总体规划的一种较新的提法-土地可持续利用规划,并总结了进行土地利用总体规划修编贯彻可持续发展思想应注意的几点。Based on the conception of sustainable development, the relationship between land sustainable use and general planning of land utilization is explained. Next, and a more new conception - sustainable land utilization planning is educed. In the end, the author summarize the pivotal problem when carrying out the conception of sustainable development during the proceeding of revising the general planning of land utilization.
