人工流产与继发不孕的病例——对照研究

摘　　要：探索人工流产与继发不孕之间的相关性。方法：回顾性病例一对照研究。病例为继发不孕的妇女，对照为非初次妊娠妇女。通过病历收集病例和对照各225人，一对一配对。收集的数据包括研究对象的背景情况、人工流产手术史及其他孕产史。使用条件logistic回归进行配对数据分析。结果：人工流产与继发不孕之间无关联（OR=0．69，95％ CI=0．47-1．01，P=0．06）；自然流产与继发不孕之间有统计学意义的联系（OR=6．20，95％ CI=2．41-15．94，P〈0．001）。研究提示人工流产与继发不孕之间无相关性。To detrmine the association between induced abortion and secondary infertility. Method： Retrospective case- control study. Cases were women with secondary infertility, matched to one pregnant control （non - first pregnancy） according to age, occupation, time of registration. Data （cases 225 and control 225） were collected from medical records. The data involved age, occupation, reproductive status. The paired data were analysed by conditional logistic regression. Result： There was no association between induced abortion and secondary infertility（OR = 0.69,95% CI = 0.47- 1.01, P = 0.06） ; Spontaneous abortion was found to be related to secondary infertility（ OR = 6.2,95% CI =2.41 - 15.94,P〈0.001）. This study suggested that there is not an association between induced abortion and secondary infertility.
