摘  要:目的:基线调查四川农村妇女生殖道感染状况,为四川省进一步开展干扰工程提供科学依据。方法:用培养法,免疫层析,显微镜检查等分别进行淋病、支原体、衣原体、清洁度、滴虫、霉菌、线索细胞检查。结果:2807例标本,清洁度Ⅲ以上者为37.91%,滴虫、霉菌、线索细胞分别占2.5%,8.7%,11.38%;二项以上感染者占33.33%;感染率45.10%;三个调查点感染率,清洁度,线索细胞差异有统计学意义。结论:四川省农村妇女生殖道感染十分严重,应尽快进行干扰,势在必行。Objective: investigating the situation of rural women's reproductive tract infection, providing scientific foundation to advance interaction engineering in Sichuan. Methods: determination gonorrhea Chanydie, myxiplasm, vaginal sanitary degree, thichomonas, mould and clue cells applying for methods of culture, immunachromatographic test, microscope examination and so on. Result: 2726 samples were checked, and more than Ⅲ grades of vaginal sanitary degree is 37.91%, vaginal trichomonas, mould and clue cells is 2. 5% ,8.7% and 11.38%. More than two kinds of infection is 33.33%, and its infection ratio is 45.10%. The differences among vaginal trichomonas, mould and clue cells are significant. Conclusion: the situation of rural women' reproductive infection is very serious in Sichuan. We should take corresponding measures as soon as possible.
