奥得福尔治疗生殖器疱疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中药黄精活性物黄精多糖制剂奥得福尔治疗生殖器疱疹（Genital herpes，GH）的临床疗效。方法：采用随机开放[奥得福尔喷雾剂（WS）和奥得福尔霜剂（WC）]，平行对照[阿昔洛韦软膏（AO）40例口试验，治疗性病门诊确诊的GH4组各80例共320例。结果：奥得福尔的总有效率为WS92．50％和91．25％，WC93．75％和91．25％；其起效时间：WS3天内达64．38％和7天内达91．88％，WC3天内达68．13％和7天内达91．88％；W平均较对照提前2天；二者均无严重不良反应，一般不良反应发生率分别为WS的2．50％和WC的3．13％；患者依从性好。结论：奥得福尔治疗GH起效快、疗程短、疗效显著，使用方便，无明显副作用，是治疗GH的较好外用药剂，值得推广。Objective： to observe the clinical effect of WONDERFUL（pharmaceutics of POLYGAHATOUS PLYSACCHARIDES, P.P. ） treating GH（Genital herpes）. Methods： using random opening（WS and WC） and parallel comparison（40 cases of GH was used by Aciclovir- ointment, AO）, 320 cases of GH were divided into 4 groups, and every group was 80 cases. Results： total efficiency of WONDERFUL is 92.50 % , 91.25% （WS） and 93.75% -91.25% （WC）; Time of initial efficiency of WONDERFUL is as following： WS is 64.38 % （in 3 days） and 91.88 % （in 7 days）, and WC is 68.13 % （in 3 days） and 91.88 % （in 7 days） ; WC has not severe adverse reaction, and slight reaction is 2.50 % （WS） and 3.13 % （WC）. The compliance of patients is better. Conclusion： in the treatment of GH, POLYGAHATOUS PLYSACCHARIDES is rapid efficiency, short course of treatment, convenient use and safety, then it is a better kind of medicine for external use.
