摘　　要：随着我国加入WTO和进入新世纪 ,我国农业已进入了新的发展阶段 ,如何进一步深化产品流通体制改革 ,加快农产品市场体系的建设 ,已成为确保农业和农村经济持续发展的关键所在。通过对营口地区农产品市场体系现状和问题进行初步调查和分析 。China＇s Agriculture has already started a new developing stage. The key factor of developing agriculture and rural economy steady is to deepen the system reform of agricultural products circulation and fasten the construction of agricultural products system market. The article analyses the current situation of the market system in Yingkou area and problems in order to find the proper ways to deal with the problems for this area.
