摘　　要：通过对城市经营概念及资产重要性的阐述,引入城市土地经营的理念,分析了城市土地经营的主要内容,提出了建立委托——代理机制的城市土地经营创新新思路,并对城市土地经营收益分配进行了探讨。Through expatiating the concept of city management and the importance of assets, we refer to the idea of urban land management, and analyze the main content of urban land management, then, we propose a new innovative way for urban land management by setting up the commission-agency mechanism, and discuss the earning distribution of urban land management.
