摘　　要：叙述了预蒸馏塔的腐蚀情况,分析了产生腐蚀的诸因素,如尿液中缺氧、气流冲刷、设备材质、硫化物及系统阻力等,提出控制腐蚀的应急对策,对今后预防预蒸馏塔系统腐蚀提供可借鉴的经验。Corrosion status in pre-distillator is described. Analysis is made to find out the possible causes such as shortage of oxygen in urea solution, erosion and impact caused by gas flow, material defects, sulffide and resistance in urea system and so on. The measures to deal with when corrosion occurred are presented, which can be used for reference to prevent the corrosion occurring in pre-distillator latter.
