摘　　要：“高门槛”的银行信贷政策、民间资金寻找投资渠道和民间融资的需求等是近年来民间融资非常活跃的原因。民间融资的主要方式有民间借贷、有价证券融资、票据贴现融资和企业内部集资。民间融资有手续灵活简便、利率高弹性大、增长快规模大和半公开化的特点。民间融资对国民经济的影响越来越大,政府在加大监管力度的同时也要进行改革。Folk financing was extremely active, the causes are “high threshold” of the bank credit policy, the folk fund seeking the channels of invests and the demand of the folk financing and so on. The fundamental modes of folk financing are the folk credit, negotiable securities financing, bill discount financing and the enterprise interior gathers capital; Folk financing has the procedure nimble simple, interest rate high and the big elasticity, grows quickly and the big scale and the semi -open character; Folk financing increasingly impacts on the national economy, the government will carry on the reform while increases the supervision and management.
