摘　　要：随着医改新方案的提出,有必要探讨公立医院的医疗设备管理模式。香港特区政府医院管理局和机电工程署卫生工程部通力合作,保持引进高新设备的同时,又避免了资源的浪费,为香港的医疗设备管理和维护提供了有力的保障,值得内地同行学习和借鉴。As the new plan of medical system reform bringing forward in China , it＇ s important to study the medical instruments management in public hospitals. In HongKong, Hospital Authority and EMSD cooperate to import new instruments and avoid wasting. These essay talking about something we should learn from it.
