摘　　要：阐述了帘线钢的质量要求,并对影响帘线用钢质量的各种因素进行了分析:主要包括钢中夹杂物的尺寸、形态,热轧线材的组织及表面质量、偏析程度等;提出了有效控制夹杂物形态、降低偏析程度的技术措施。The quality requirement of tire cord steel have been discussed in this paper. Factors influencing the quality of tire cord steel was also analyzed, such as inclusion size, morphology, and structure, surface quality, segregation of hot rolling wire rods. Measures controlling the morphology of inclusions and reducing the degree of segregation was proposed.
