摘　　要：采用丁腈-40液体橡胶对环氧体系进行增韧,研究了丁腈-40液体橡胶含量、甲组分处理温度及时间对所制备环氧结构胶剪切强度的影响。结果显示:环氧树脂和橡胶的最佳质量比为10∶1;所得结构胶室温固化24h,室温剪切强度最高可达22.4 MPa,具有良好的力学性能。In this paper, the epoxy construction adhesive was toughed by the butyronitrile liquid rubber - 40. The influence of the fraction of the butyronitrile rubber - 40 in epoxy construction adhesive, the reaction temperature and time of the first ingredient on the shearing strength of cured epoxy resin system were investigated. The result showed that the optimal ratio resin to rubber was 10：1 and the shearing strength could reach 22.4 MPa after cured 24 h at room temperature, and the mechanical property of adhesive was excellent.
