摘  要:精确的相位检测是保证直线同步电机正常运行的重要条件。文中提出了基于直线同步电机长定子齿槽效应的相位检测原理,并通过三维有限元分析和实验对其进行了验证。根据检测线圈电感沿长定子周期变化的情况,提出了一种检相器的设计方案,用以确定磁悬浮列车运行中磁极与长定子之间的相对位置。其检测精度在采样频率范围之内可任意设定。通过仿真分析了采样对检相器检测精度的影响。Precise phase detection is indispensable for linear synchronous motos to work well. The theory of phase detection based on the long stator slotted effect of linear synchronous motos was proposed. 3D finite element analysis (FEA) and experiment were performed to verify the theory. According to the periodical variation of the detecting coils along the long stator, a phase detector was designed to measure relative position between the vehicle's pole and the long stator. The precision of the detector can be set arbitrarily, provided that the sampling frequency is high enough. Finally, the affection of sampling on the detecting precision of the detector was analyzed through simulation.
