摘　　要：为了解决燃煤对大气的污染,保护生态环境,从20世纪80年代起,我国和很多国家相继开展了洁净煤技术的研究与开发工作,并取得了重大进展。本世纪,我国电力工业洁净煤技术推广应用的重点:一是环保方面,进一步控制粉尘、SO2、NOx的排放;二是发展洁净煤发电技术,建立示范性工程项目。在引进技术的基础上,推进国产化进程。To solve the pollution of coal burning and protect the environment, since the 1980s, many countries, including China, have done much in the development of clean coal technology and have made great progress. In this century, the focus of the application of clean coal technology in our electric industry are mainly in two respects： one is to control the emission of SO2 and NOx, and the other is to apply the technology in electricity generation, and promote domestication basing on technology introduction.
