摘  要:研究了氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定高纯硼酸中痕量砷的方法.对仪器条件、样品介质酸度、还原剂浓度、预还原剂浓度、载流酸度等试验条件进行了优化.试验表明,砷的质量浓度在0~10 μg/L内,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数大于0.999 8,检出限为0.02 μg/L,样品加标回收率为98.5%~103%;测定相对标准偏差为1.6%~6.4%,1 000倍的铅、钙、镁、铁、钠、铝对砷的测定不干扰.本法操作简便、快捷、准确度高.A method for determination of trace arsenic in high-purity boracic acid by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry is presented. The instrumental conditions and the vapor generation conditions were optimized. A good linear relation was obtained in range of 0-10μg//L with correlative coefficient above 0. 999 8. The detection limit of As ( Ill ) was 0.02 μg/L. The relative standard deviation of the sample solution was 1.6-6. 4%. The recovery of arsenic in sample was 98. 5%- 103%. The determination of arsenic was not disturbed by Pb, Ca, Mg, Fe, Na, Al contents(even if their contents are 1 000 times higher than the content of arsenic). The method is simple and repid. The results are satisfactory.
